Fairly clean hotel, very efficient staff in a very hustled manner by a staff member. 600 feet to the bus stop. Central heating and multi-channel TV in the room, the best and prime location.

Greatly enjoyed that the hotel was cute and had especially helpful staff in a very hustled manner by a staff member. The room also with a claw foot tub. The location was simply perfect, within a close distance from First Lenox Library. Terrific restaurant served Asian specialties.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even changing my room upon request. The room itself was luxurious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping everything clean and tidy. I loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful garden furniture and the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and parking, which was a great bonus.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It was a super B&B. I would come back again and highly recommend it to others. It was very clean, cozy and romantic. Loved the room with the fireplace and the old fashioned bath tub. The staff were so nice and friendly. The Innkeeper runs a great business. Breakfast was great and heart healthy. Thanks so much.

When we got there, there was a delicious home baked apple pie prepared by the daughter of the owner. This set the tone for the very homey atmosphere of the inn. The place was fully booked that October weekend. But they seemed to manage well. They had two breakfast seatings to keep the numbers manageable. The staff knew the area well and were able to make restaurant recommendations, and took care of making the bookings. Rooms comfortable and charming. Airconditioning worked perfectly, which was surprising given the age of the house.
Breakfast was ok -- not gourmet -- but just ok. One hot dish plus several cold (cereal/yogurt/fruit) choices. I suppose this is par for a b&b, but this is one area where they could try to exceed expecations.

The Constance in Lenox is worth its 4 stars. It's conveniently located near downtown, only a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast options include a good variety of pastries, fruit, eggs, and cereal. I booked a king room with a flat-screen TV and a sitting area.

The Rockwood Inn is charming, appealing, and extremely comfortable. It has been furnished lovingly with Victorian furniture and decorated in style. Our Room was great and even had a little balcony. Being conventiently situated right in the center of Lenox, the nights at the Inn were amazingly quiet. The charming owner and her able staff provided amazing breakfasts and all the inside information of Lenox and the Berkshires. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will return, and highly recommend the Rockwood Inn to our friends.

Great location to everything in the Berkshires, delicious breakfast. And really close to Lenox, MA for the first time and to celebrate a wedding that took place at Chesterwood and the Rookwood Inn.
